Exciting progress continues at 1014 Fifth Avenue as the building’s future spaces begin to come to life!

Inside, finished surfaces and architectural details are emerging throughout the house. Tiling has been completed on the upper floors, while work continues on the floors below. Marble has arrived for the first-floor, and custom millwork, plasterwork, and flooring are advancing across the building.

Our auditorium is also taking shape: its new ceilings are complete, and the (re-)installation of wood and acoustical wall panels will begin shortly. Meanwhile, the building’s new windows and glass elements are nearing completion, bringing more natural light into our future winter garden, fellow’s kitchen, and rooms throughout the house.

Behind the scenes, the technology and infrastructure that will support our future events are coming together. Lighting, audiovisual systems, digital security, HVAC, elevators, and plumbing are all progressing toward completion. Outside, the first tree has been planted, marking the beginning of the transformation of the garden.

With every new finish, architectural detail, and completed space, the vision for 1014 is becoming more tangible. We are excited to welcome you to our new home soon.
